Numai ca, din pacate, cel putin pana acum, a fost o idee prost aplicata. Zilele astea au aparut in presa diverse stiri despre problemele pe care le are retailerul - un exemplu de stire este cea de &lt;a href="http://www.efin.ro/stiri_financiare/economic/patriciu_micro_nu_este_aproape_nici_de_vanzare_nici_de_insolventa.html" target="_blank"&gt;aici&lt;/a&gt;. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Georgia,&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Georgia,&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;De ce are mic.ro probleme?&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/b&gt;Pentru ca pur si simplu&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b style="color: blue;"&gt;oferta a fost pur si simplu inadaptata cererii&lt;/b&gt; clientilor. In opinia mea, problemele acestea puteau fi cu succes prevenite. Afacerea mic.ro putea fi de folos una de succes.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Georgia,&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Georgia,&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Argument: &lt;/b&gt;Spun asta intrucat in vecinatatea locuintei mele, magazinul mic.ro este deschis langa un alt magazin similar. Am stat la un moment dat 20 de min si am numara clientii: 55 in magazinul de cartier normal, 40 in mic.ro. Deci nu putem vorbi de lipsa de vad comercial. Totusi, cei din mic.ro ieseau fara cumparaturi. De ce? Pentru ca magazinul "traditional" avea cca. 8-10 sortimente de paine, Mic.ro numai 2-3. Magazinul "traditional" avea 10-15 sortimente de bere, Mic.ro numai 4-5 maximum. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Georgia,&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Georgia,&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Cheia succesului: &lt;/b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;micromanagementul&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;. In timp ce magazinul "traditional" se aproviziona strict pe baza deciziei patronului (el insusi vanzator uneori in magazin), criteriile dupa care cei de la mic.ro se aprovizionau imi scapa. Concluzia este una singura: oferta era una slaba, nediversificata, pur si simplu nu gaseai ceea ce vroiai.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Georgia,&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Georgia,&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,serif;"&gt;Problemele puteau fi usor prevenite cu o cercetare, fie ea si rudimentara, a pietei. In acest caz trebuie fie sa iti restructurezi oferta fie sa comunici mai bine ceea ce vinzi efectiv.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Au cumparat de la altcineva?&lt;/b&gt; De ce? A fost prea scump, nu a fost clientul bine tratat, bine informat de catre personalul de vanzari?&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Nu au mai cumparat deloc?&lt;/b&gt; De ce s-au razgandit. Aceasta dedicata unui seminar pe tema tiparirii digitale care va avea loc pe &lt;b&gt;23 Noiembrie&lt;/b&gt; (adica maine).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="color: blue;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;De ce a fost trimisa catre noi?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;Probabil ca s-a utilizat o baza de date neverificata. Compania noastra, ca multe altele, are inscris la ONRC si codul CAEN aferent productiei publicitare si activitatilor de print. Totusi este o practica des intalnita si multe companii nu deruleaza efectiv toate activitatile inscrise in statut. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;Cat a costat?&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/b&gt;Dificil de spus. Totusi, o trimitere postala simpla valoreaza cel putin 1 RON + plic + imprimare + personalizare, etc = cel putin 2 RON (0.5 eur)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b style="color: blue;"&gt;A fost eficienta?&lt;/b&gt; Nu stim, insa premisele sunt negative. &lt;b&gt;Cati dintre noi ne-am modifica agenda de peste 2 zile pt un seminar al unei firme?&lt;/b&gt; Invitatia a fost trimisa (cf datei postei) pe 16.11 (miercuri), prin posta simpla, fara confirmare de primire, in timp ce evenimentul se derula in mai putin de 1 saptamana, cu RSVP aproape similar cu data primirii propriu zise a invitatiei.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;Costurile reale de targetare?&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/b&gt;Daca 3 din 4 companii unde a ajuns invitatia se afla in cazul nostru (adica nu in publicul tinta - ceea ce nu e improbabil) rezulta un cost per client relevant de cel putin 2 euro pentru transmiterea unei simple invitatii.Cam mult nu?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="color: red;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: red;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ce am fi putut noi face?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;b&gt;1. Generarea unei baze de date complet verificate&amp;nbsp; &lt;/b&gt;cu clienti confirmati prin &lt;a href="http://customersatisfaction.ro/index.php?pag=cms&amp;amp;id=145&amp;amp;p=servicii-leadgeneration.html" target="_blank"&gt;Lead Generation&lt;/a&gt;. Astfel, pentru cei 2 euro/companie ar fi putut fi transmise materiale mult mai generoase sau pur si simplu s-ar fi facut o economie substantiala.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;2. Analiza nevoilor clientilor. &lt;/b&gt;Prin analiza modului de business al clientilor, se pot regla atat subiectele tratate in seminar (pentru un impact mai puternic) dar si politica de vanzari in sine &lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;3. Transmiterea invitatiilor si confirmarea telefonica a prezentei la seminar.&lt;/b&gt; Asta cu costuri comparabile, sub 1 euro/companie contactata. In plus , o invitatie adresata verbal are un impact mai puternic si permite identificarea din timp a unor chestiuni cum ar fi numarul de participanti, impact, grad de interes, etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br Conform acestui studiu de piata, in 2008 valoarea totala a pietei de invelitori din Romania a fost de aproximativ 179 milioane euro, piata fiind in crestere cu 18% fata de anul precedent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;In total, in Romania in anul 2008 s-au vandut invelitori in valoare totala de aproximativ 179 milioane euro. Tigla metalica domina cu autoritate piata invelitorilor.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;50% din valoarea vanzarilor de invelitori realizate este atribuita tiglei metalice, 16% din valoarea vanzarilor de invelitori realizate este atribuita traditionalei tigle ceramice, 15% tiglei de beton, 14% placilor ondulate bituminoase si 5% sindrilei bituminoase.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Trei regiuni detin aproape jumatate din piata&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cele mai mari vanzari de invelitori sunt realizate in zona de Centru, Nord-Vest, Nord-Est si Bucuresti. Fiecare tip de invelitori se axeaza pe anumite regiuni, in functie de specificul constructiilor si conditiile de mediu. Astfel 3 zone cumuleaza jumatate din totalul suprafetei comercializate de invelitori: Centru (20%), si Nord-Vest (14%), Nord-Est (14%).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Piata este in continuare fragmentata...&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Conform estimarilor Neomar Consulting, in prezent pe piata invelitorilor activeaza mai mult de 60 de furnizori de invelitori pentru acoperisuri. In segmentul productiei si comercializarii tiglei tiglei metalice se gasesc cele mai multe companii mici, in principal datorita investitiilor relativ reduse in echipamentele de productie si a procesului tehnologic simplu. Doar cinci companii care activeaza pe piata invelitorilor pentru acoperis inregistreaza cote de piata intre 5-10% din piata din punct de vedere valoric.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;...insa competitia se ascute!&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daca in perioada 2005-2008 am asistat la debutul pe piata al unor noi producatori, in special in domeniul tiglei metalice, estimarile Neomar Consulting indica o acutizare a luptei concurentiale in 2009, mai ales pe fondul crizei economice mondiale si a numarului de constructii in scadere fata de anii precendenti. Aceste doua tipuri de profile detin peste 98% din totalul pietei, restul (lemn, otel) inregistrand cote de piata foarte reduse. Ratele de crestere au fost estimate pe baza previziunilor declarate in cadrul interviurilor de catre furnizorii de invelitori pentru acoperisuri.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;b style="color: red;"&gt;Tigla metalica este vedeta&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dintre aceste patru categorii de invelitori analizate de studiu (tigla metalica, ceramica, de beton si sindrila bituminoasa), piata tiglei metalice a cunoscut cea mai mare crestere, detinand peste o treime din suprafata comercializata in 2005 si este previzionata a-si mentine ritmul sustinut de crestere si pe viitor. In ultimii 3 ani, cresterea pietei tiglei metalice si a ponderii acesteia in cadrul pietei de invelitori din Romania a fost sprijinit si de investitiile care s-au realizat in acest sector, mai mult de 5 producatori deschizandu-si facilitati de productie din 2004 pana in prezent. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;In 2005 jumatate din valoarea vanzarilor de invelitori realizate in 2005 este atribuita tiglei metalice, 23% tiglei de beton si 13% atat tiglei ceramice cat si sindrilei bituminoase. Per total, in Romania in anul 2005 s-au vandut circa 10 milioane de mp de invelitori, avand o valoare totala de 88 milioane euro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Conform estimarilor Neomar Consulting, in prezent pe piata invelitorilor activeaza aproximativ 60 de furnizori de invelitori pentru acoperisuri. Dintre acestia, circa 40% sunt companii mici, cu o piata locala sau cel mult regionala si specializati in productia de prefabricate din beton (pavele, borduri, dale, tigla). Totusi, producatorii cunoscuti la nivel national apeleaza mai ales la depozitele de materiale de constructii si marii distribuitori.
